Bidmaster Training

On purchasing Bidmaster software we will provide you with comprehensive training. Should you require we can then provide you with further training either in our dedicated training suite in Chelmsford or, if it is more convenient, at your premises.

Training is on a one-to-one basis or in small classroom groups and has been designed by auctioneers for auctioneers.

Bidmaster Support

At Bidmaster we also provide a full support service for all your IT needs so help is only ever a phone call away. Our support lines are manned by qualified developers with a complete understanding of your software.

Support is available on two levels:

Bidmaster Gold covers all aspects of our auction software, all telephone support and future version updates

Bidmaster Platinum includes everything covered by Bidmaster Gold plus operating system support for the equipment running the system and help with Microsoft Office products and email.
